This Privacy Policy explains how BELPLEZI LLC ("BelPlezi," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our mobile applications, websites, and services, including Plezi Domino and any future BelPlezi products (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Services are intended only for users 18 years of age and older.

We collect the following types of information:

Information You Provide

• Phone number (used for account creation and login via SMS verification)
• Display name and optional profile information
• Email address (if and when you add or verify one)
• Communication preferences
• Identity-verification information for real-money modes — if you withdraw real money, we or our verification providers may collect information needed to verify your identity, age, and eligibility, such as legal name, date of birth, and government-issued identifiers, as required by law

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information (operating system, device model, app version, identifiers)
• Usage data (game statistics, match history, in-app activity, balances, and transactions)
• Approximate location (only when required for legal compliance in real-money modes)

Information From Third Parties

• Payment and mobile-money providers (such as card processors for USD and MonCash for HTG / gourde transactions) and identity-verification providers that help us process deposits and withdrawals and confirm eligibility for real-money modes

We use your information to:

• Authenticate your identity through SMS one-time passwords (OTPs)
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
• Match players and run fair competitions, and detect and prevent cheating, fraud, and multiple accounts
• Verify eligibility and location for real-money modes and enforce geographic restrictions
• Process deposits, prizes, and withdrawals, and meet identity-verification, tax, and other legal obligations for real-money modes
• Communicate with you about your account or the Services
• Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

When you provide your phone number, we send SMS messages containing verification codes (OTPs) to authenticate your identity. These messages are operational and transactional in nature. Message frequency depends on your usage of the Services, typically limited to login or account verification events. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive; reply HELP for help. Opting out will disable SMS-based authentication, which may prevent you from accessing the Services.

No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.

We use your mobile phone number solely for account authentication and operational purposes (such as SMS one-time passcodes). We may share your phone number only with service providers strictly necessary to deliver these messages (for example, our SMS delivery vendor), under contractual confidentiality obligations and never for those parties' own marketing.

We share your information only:

• With service providers (e.g., SMS delivery, hosting, analytics, payment processing including card processors and MonCash for gourde transactions, identity verification) bound by confidentiality obligations
• To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of BelPlezi, our users, or others
• In connection with a business transaction (merger, acquisition, etc.) with appropriate notice

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

For clarity, the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose other than delivering the messages you requested.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example, to meet tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations for real-money modes).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access the information we have about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (you can delete your account in the app under Settings, then Delete account)
• Opt out of certain processing activities

The Services are available in the United States, in Haiti, and elsewhere. If you access the Services from outside the United States — including from Haiti — your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your country. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
