TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and BELPLEZI LLC ("BelPlezi," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the BelPlezi gaming ecosystem, including the Plezi Domino app and any future BelPlezi games, apps, websites, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services in any way — including by tapping "I agree," registering, or entering any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any game-specific rules that apply to a particular mode or competition. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Please read Section 19 (Dispute Resolution) carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved by binding individual arbitration and limits your ability to bring class actions.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into binding agreements. The Services are not directed to anyone under 18.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The Services use a single BelPlezi account: one login and one wallet that work across every BelPlezi game. You may hold only one BelPlezi account. Creating or using multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension, forfeiture of balances, and closure.

You agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain the security of your account credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. The Services use SMS one-time passwords (OTPs) for account authentication and may send account- and security-related notifications. By providing your phone number and requesting verification, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from BELPLEZI LLC. Message frequency varies based on your usage. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of using the Services or of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected]. Opting out will disable SMS-based authentication, which may prevent access to your account. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates.

BelPlezi offers skill-based games, including Plezi Domino, which features two domino variants — Zo Domino and Domino Ameriken (All Fives). Games are offered in several modes, which may include free practice play, paid quick games, tournaments, and daily challenges.

In our asynchronous competitions, you and your matched opponent are dealt the same tiles and play against the same computer opponent, and your scores are compared — the higher score wins. This design exists so that outcomes are determined by player skill.

BelPlezi competitions are games of skill, not games of chance. Outcomes are determined by each player's decisions, strategy, and ability — not by a random draw, a wager against the house, or chance. BelPlezi is never a participant in any competition and never wins a player's entry or prize. In paid competitions, we collect a disclosed service fee from the prize pool; the remainder is awarded to the winner. We make no representation that competing will be profitable for you.

The Services use three balances:

• PALMIS — a free, fun currency with no monetary value. PALMIS can be earned and spent inside the Services but is never redeemable for real money or any other currency, and never converts to BPC or Cash.
• BPC — a redeemable in-app currency earned through paid competitions. BPC has no cash value except through the redemption process and thresholds we publish in the app, which may change. BPC is not transferable between accounts.
• Cash — real money you deposit or win in real-money competitions, in either U.S. dollars (USD) or Haitian gourdes (HTG) according to your account's currency profile. Cash is held in your account balance and is withdrawable as described in Section 9.

PALMIS, BPC, and Cash are licenses to use features of the Services, not your property, and (except for withdrawable Cash) carry no monetary value. We may adjust earn rates, prices, thresholds, and rules over time. Balances may be forfeited if your account is closed for a violation of these Terms.

Free play is available wherever the Services are offered. Real-money (Cash) competitions are restricted by location, because laws governing paid skill competitions differ by state, country, and territory. Cash competitions are not offered to players located in any jurisdiction where they would be unlawful.

The Services are offered in the United States, in Haiti, and to players in other locations where permitted by law. The currency of your real-money play (USD or HTG) and the payment methods available to you depend on your location and your account's currency profile, and real-money play is offered only where it is lawful. Additional country-level restrictions may apply.

As of the date above, Cash competitions are not available to players located in Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Louisiana, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, or New Jersey. This list may change as laws change, and jurisdictions may be added or removed.

To enter a Cash competition, you must enable device location services and accurately confirm your location; we may verify your location and block access from any restricted jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful where you are located. Misrepresenting your location is a violation of these Terms.

This section applies when you participate in real-money competitions.

• Deposits and fees. You may add funds to your Cash balance through approved payment methods, which depend on your account's currency profile: for USD accounts, by credit or debit card; for HTG (gourde) accounts, by MonCash. Entry fees are stated in the currency of your account (USD or HTG), are charged when you enter a competition, and are non-refundable except as described below or as required by law. Deposits are used to enter competitions and are not purchases of virtual goods.
• Responsibility for charges. You are responsible for all charges, deposits, and withdrawals made under your account, including any unauthorized ones. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your account and recover the disputed amount and related costs.
• Prizes and service fee. Each Cash competition has a stated entry fee and prize structure. We collect a disclosed service fee from the prize pool; the remainder is awarded to the winner.
• No refunds. Once you enter a competition, the entry fee is non-refundable except through the automatic refund rules built into the game (for example, when a match cannot be filled within the stated window). There is no manual cancel-for-refund option. If you deposited funds in a region where Cash play is not available and have not used them, contact [email protected] for a refund.
• Play-through. Deposited funds must be used in competitions before the corresponding balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals. You may request a withdrawal of eligible Cash subject to any published minimum amount and to identity and eligibility verification. Withdrawals are paid in your account's currency (USD or HTG) using the method that matches your profile — for example, back to your card for USD accounts, or via MonCash for HTG accounts. Withdrawals up to the amount of your deposits are generally returned through your original payment method. Processing may take time, and we may apply a small processing fee to withdrawals below a stated threshold. Bonus or promotional credits are not withdrawable and may be forfeited when you withdraw.
• Verification and holds (KYC/AML). Before processing a withdrawal, we may require you to verify your identity, age, and location and to provide information needed to comply with applicable law, including anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirements. We may freeze an account or delay a withdrawal pending verification or investigation of suspected abuse, and we may withhold or reverse winnings or funds obtained through fraud, error, or violation of these Terms.
• Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes on your winnings. We may collect tax information and issue tax forms where the law requires.

We want play to stay fun and within your means. We may offer tools such as deposit limits, time or session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. If you choose to self-exclude, we will take reasonable steps to prevent Cash play during the exclusion period. If you feel your play is becoming a problem, contact us at [email protected] and consider seeking support from a problem-gambling resource in your area.

If your account is inactive for an extended period, we may notify you and take steps required or permitted by law. Unclaimed funds and prizes are handled in accordance with applicable unclaimed-property (escheatment) laws. We may close accounts that remain inactive after notice, subject to those laws.

To keep competitions fair, you agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or any tool that plays or assists play for you;
• collude with other players, manipulate matchmaking or scores, or exploit bugs;
• create or use more than one account, or use another person's account or payment method;
• tamper with, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Services or their software;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• misrepresent your age, identity, or location;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other users; or
• use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion, suspend or close accounts, void competitions and results, and forfeit balances obtained in violation of these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (such as a display name). By submitting content, you grant BelPlezi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate and provide the Services. You must not submit anything unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove content and restrict or remove users who violate this section.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or cheating, or created legal risk for BelPlezi or other players. You may close your account at any time using the in-app account-deletion option. On termination, non-withdrawable balances (PALMIS, BPC, and bonus credits) are forfeited; verified, lawfully owed Cash will be handled as described in Section 9. If your account is closed for cause, funds may be forfeited as permitted by law.

The Services, including their software, games, designs, logos, text, graphics, and the "BelPlezi," "Plezi Domino," "Zo Domino," and "Domino Ameriken" names and branding, are owned by BELPLEZI LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BELPLEZI LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any competition will be profitable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BelPlezi and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost balances, arising out of or relating to the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim or US$100.

Please read this section carefully.

Except where prohibited by law, you and BelPlezi agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, and you and BelPlezi each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. This agreement to arbitrate applies equally and mutually to both you and BelPlezi.

Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.

If you download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and BelPlezi only, not with Apple or Google, and that Apple and Google are not responsible for the Services or their content. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. To the extent the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple and Google have no other warranty obligation. You agree to comply with the applicable App Store terms, and you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo and are not on any U.S. government restricted-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and BelPlezi regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on this subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You consent to receive notices and communications from us electronically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except that the arbitration agreement in Section 19 is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice as required by law. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
